Lord Shiva is the Supreme Being who creates, protects and transforms the universe being the ‘destroyer and transformer’ within the Trimurti, the Hindu trinity that includes Brahma and Vishnu. Lord Shiva has numerous temples across the wide area of India, out of which Tamil Nadu tops the list with maximum i.e. 2,500 temples of varying importance. Our tour covers some of the eminent monuments like Nine Planets (Navagraha) temples structured in Tamil Nadu.

Day 1 - Trichy
Reach as per your convenience in Trichy as the tour commences and rest before the actual tour gets started in our hotel accommodation of your choice. Visit Rockfort Temple and Sri Rangam Ranganathar Temple on your first day of the trip in Trichy.
Day 2 - Trichy - Thingalur – Kumbakonam – Surayanarkoil – Thirunageswaram
A fresh morning loaded with breakfast, we initiate our journey with Kailasanathar Temple in Thingalur. It is one of the nine Navgraha sthalas dedicated to planet Moon having a separate shrine for Lord Moon. It is said that moon light falls directly on the image of the presiding deity during Tamil month of Purattasi (Sep-Oct) and Panguni (Mar-Apr).
We then commence our journey again with Suryanar Kovil located in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu. This temple is considered one of the nine Navgraha sthalas with presiding deity the Sun (Suriyanar) and his consorts Ushadevi and Pratyusha Devi. After the darshan, we move towards Thirunageswaram.
Day 3 - Kumbakonam – Alangudi – Thirunallaru – Keelperumpallam – Thiruvenkadu – Vaitheeswaran koil – Kumbakonam
We start from Kumbakonam with heavy breakfast towards Alangudi. It is one of the nine Navagraha Sthalas dedicated to planet Jupiter (Dakshinamoorthy, the Guru).
Our next stop is Thirunallar, the most noted for the shrine dedicated to planet Saturn (Sani). Next, we go to visit Keelperumpallam, where Naganathar Shiva temple is famous for Navagraha worship of kethu. After attending this temple, we proceed to Thiruvenkadu, which has Lord Shiva as the main deity and a separate sannidhi for planet Mercury (Budha). Vaitheeswaran Koil our next spot, is one of the nine Navagraha temples and is associated with the planet Mars (Angaraka). After this, we return back to our hotel with great knowledge and wisdom about the nine planets of our system.
Day 4 - Kumbakonam - Trichy Departure
